What is the cost of hiding who we really are? Talking identity, universal connection and healing with Amanda Hinton.

Season 1 Episode 3

TW: Pregnancy loss.

Sometimes there are conversations that you walk away from and you are changed forever. This is a conversation both

and I will be unpacking for a while. It was so beautiful to connect on such a deep level.

In this conversation we talk about Amanda’s own experience of burnout. Here we discuss pregnancy loss, neurodivergence and what it means to grapple with our identity. Are we at war with ourselves? This conversation goes deep very quickly, and we also touch upon the healing nature of writing, nature and connection. Amanda is such a wonderful storyteller so I know you will just love this episode. I cannot wait to hear how it lands with you.
