Woohoo!!!! It's here! I enjoyed talking with you so much. I knew I would. I hope this episode helps people to see that burnout is your body's way of saying 'something isn't working, something has to change' and that it's not YOU but the world we live in that is the problem. The key is to be a rebel - as you are encouraging people to be - and to unplug from the toxic productivity that is at the heart of our modern approach to work and to find a new way of working that really works for you. But before that...time to rest and recover. And you need to give that time.
Oh I can fully relate to the idea of burnout being the fire of change. It really did light something in me, and taught me how to manage the onset of it ⚡️
I still cannot believe what a Phoenix moment it can be, it still astonishes me. Some people think it’s strange when I say how grateful I was for it but it’s led to a new way of being ❤️
So much goodness in this episode, I can relate to a lot of it! I'd say I was probably all 4 of the burnout archetypes 🤦 I love the part when Selina said "burnout is the fire of change" - it really is, and being "the best and worst thing that can happen to us." 💯
The book is amazing! I’m just working through Selina’s journal now and it’s taking me some time as I really want to connect with my wise cheerleader (there’s a section to write about it in there). You’re going to love it ✨✨

Absolutely! I am so excited for this. It’s packed full of your wisdom. Feel very lucky to have had you on ❤️

Off to check out the book now 😊
I really think it is 🔥 although that doesn't take away from how hard it can be when you're in that fire!
